Rachel Bogan Named Partner at Work & Co

Rachel Bogan has been promoted to Partner, Product Management. Bogan was elevated from Director of Product Management, where she spearheaded the development and growth of the product management discipline and team.

Said Bogan: “How we run projects at Work & Co is really important. Process has become a strategic advantage when creating digital products. But how we run the company affects quality, too. I’m excited to be able to influence both things.”

Since joining Work & Co nearly 2 years ago, Bogan has doubled the size of the Product Management team, while leading key client engagements including Google, Target, Freeform, ALDO, and Twitter.

She brings extensive experience with shipping large-scale digital products and services, ranging from e-commerce to multi-platform roll outs. Previously, she held leadership positions at digital agencies including Digitas and Huge, and led product management at a mobile commerce startup. Bogan holds an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business.

As with all of the Partners at Work & Co, Rachel will remain hands-on, continuing to partner directly with clients, while also managing Product Managers in the strategy, delivery, and operationalization of clients’ digital products and services.
